Kaloyan Rankov – Attorney-at-law

Holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Faculty of Law at Sofia University 'St. Kliment Ohridski'.
Member of the Sofia Bar Association.
Attorney Rankov has extensive expertise in civil, property, and commercial law, with a strong focus on real estate contracts and the legal structuring of construction projects. He provides end-to-end legal support ranging from strategic advice during initial negotiations, through thorough due diligence of the property status and rights related thereto, to the successful completion of the transaction.
He actively handles commercial contracts in the IT and e-gaming sectors, as well as specialized agreements between businesses, including such related to digitalization and automation of business processes.
Attorney Rankov provides provides reliable legal support in managing corporate processes: incorporation, structuring, and reorganization of companies, drafting of articles of association, internal regulations, and all types of corporate documentation, as well as managing relationships between partners and shareholders.
He possesses hands-on experience in family and inheritance law, including in the provision of legal guidance and defense in the planning and settlement of inheritance relations, determining inheritance shares, and managing relationships and disputes among heirs, including assistance with co-ownership matters.

Attorney Filchev has extensive experience in tax, administrative, and commercial law, with a strong track record and experience in representing individuals and legal entities before courts and administrative authorities, including handling complex cross-border tax and social security matters.
Combining an analytical approach with deep knowledge of both European and Bulgarian regulatory frameworks, he provides comprehensive legal support, offering advice and consultations, assistance during tax audits, administrative and judicial proceedings, drafting commercial contracts to minimize tax risks, and legal representation before all instances.
He specializes in Bulgarian and international tax law, having advised both major international companies and individual clients on matters of direct and indirect taxation throughout his practice.
He has experience in the application of double tax treaties, tax planning, and structuring businesses and projects at both national and international levels, as well as in the representation of clients before revenue authorities and courts.
